Happy holidays everyone. I received a silicone Leuke bread baker for Christmas and am curious of others’ experience with/thoughts about it.
I use other silicone bakeware ( muffin cups, round cake/roll pan) and they’re fine for some things. Wondering about how bread turns out. I found an old CH post but only one reply.
Thanks for your comments!
Ps, the email notifications haven’t been working lately for me, so I’m checking the threads directly- so apologies in advance if my replies are delayed.
That’s great! Leuke bread baker is wonderful silicone bakeware that transforms your bread in a versatile way. You will get the bread with brown crusty outside in this bakeware. The silicon would seem to work with higher hydrated dough easier.
Having silicone bakeware in your kitchen will help you to make a variety of dough-based bread. It works well on roasting veggies and other small items.
All in all, it is perfect bakeware.
