What kind of material is best for woks or pans.

Suggest me some different kinds of material that are used to make wok. Also help me to know which one is the best to use for cooking.

Hello Arshad!

Carbon steel is the best and the most traditional material used for making woks. It heats up quickly and evenly.

Cast iron requires some extra time to heat up and needs to be seasoned before first use. Roasted popcorns, black chana, peanuts, and other things in cast iron woks will add so many health benefits.

Nonstick pans are in great demand as they don’t need to be seasoned and also beautify your kitchen.

To store water, copper vessels are great to use. 

Now, the choice is yours. choose the one that suits you the best.
