Suggest some basic cookware accessories

Question

When we talk about kitchen accessories, there are bulk of items that are required for daily usage to cook. Can you help me to find out some major cookware accessories? I recently shifted to a new flat. Earlier i was in P.G (Paying guest). Moreover I completed my studies now .... so thinking to step in kitchen to utilize my holidays and to learn few things. I just want a basic list of all the accessories so that i don't feel the need to rush again and again to the market to buy cookware accessories.

Hi Arsh

With all the above mentioned basic cookware accessories, add knives and some extra small pots to store your food in refrigerator. Small pots are very important because you can't keep big pans in refrigerator. Moreover add some container in your list as well to store food items like pulses, oil, ghee etc.
