Cheesy and greasy food please our taste buds but it higher the cholesterol level in the body. What diet can be added to the breakfast that helps to control the cholesterol level in the body?

If you want to lower cholesterol, increase the intake of antioxidants in your diet.
Take a cup of Green tea in the morning. Pomegranate juice also contains a higher level of anti-oxidant.
You can add Oats to your diet. Oats are rich in soluble fiber which reduces the lower blood cholesterol. Sprouted dhokla, jawar, vegetable porridge, Avocado, parsley with yogurt are some of the best diets that control the cholesterol level in your body.
