I made Parantha but can't make it soft and crispy. I tried so many times and make it well but that softness doesn't come.
Want to make more crispy and more better.Suggest me to make plain or stuffed Parantha both ....

When the dough is not kneaded properly, it makes our roti hard.
When you knead the dough for Paratha or even for rotis add 4-5 teaspoon of oil in to it. Then knead the dough. Cover the dough for 15 mins and make Parathas whether plain or stuffed. You will get better results.
If you are refrigerating your dough, settle down on room temperature for 10-15 minutes then use.
