Hello Manoj!
In restaurants, chefs use marinated chicken. They refrigerate the marinated chicken to get it tender.
Marinate your chicken with egg, onion powder, chili flakes, white flour, red chili powder, garlic, salt, bread crumb.
When the marination is done, take chicken pieces and coat in egg mixture, mixed spices, and bread crumb respectively. Give a deep fry. The amazing super delicious restaurant style chicken is ready to serve.
