How can I make wheat masala papad for snack time at home?

I want to know the recipe for making masala papad by wheat at home? It's a great and healthy snack that gives a tasty and great snack time at home. Please tell me the actual way of making wheat masala papad?

Hi Jassi, 

Papads are most commonly made by our Grandmoms when they are not available in shops. That fresh and vibrant taste of masala papad makes us feel great today.

So let go for the recipe:

You need wheat flour, gram flour, chili, ginger and garlic paste, salt, turmeric, and oil for deep fry.

  • Make a dough by adding ½ cup wheat flour and ¾ cup gram flour with all the above-mentioned ingredients with salt to taste.
  • Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Afterward, Make small balls and roll them in round shape.
  • Prick the rolled papad with a fork.
  • Put on a pan with preheated oil.
  • Let it to cool.
  • Enjoy with tea at snack time.
