Coconuts when they haven't matured yet to produce their milk has a tasty soft flesh that can be eaten by itself or make it in milk shakes. A very tasty and healthy way to quench one's thirst, this simple drink is good for everyone especially the one's with ailments. Because coconuts like other nut, their flesh contains less sugar and more protein than common fruits such as bananas, apples and oranges. They're also considerably high in minerals such as iron, phosphorus and zinc. And in the country, coconut milk shake or juice are drank by people with gal bladder stone. Young coconut flesh

2 pcs (cut into small pieces)

Evaporated milk
-
2 cups

Coconut syrup
-
1tbsp
-
Ice
-
2 cups

Preparation Steps for
Young Coconut Milk Shake Recipe

Grate the ice using an ice grater manually or electric grater. Only grate the ice before starting, otherwise the ice will melt.

In a blender, put in the coconut flesh cover and blend until they are chopped in small pieces but not finely.

Open the lid of the blender and add milk and the grated ice.

Blend again for 30 seconds or until the ingredients are mixed together but not dissolving the ice altogether.

Add the coconut syrup and blend for a few seconds. In place of the coconut syrup, sugar can be added.

Pour in glasses and add a straw.

Quench your thirst and enjoy.
