Cooked medium shrimp

1 pound, peeled and deveined

Italian salad dressing

1/3 cup

Green onions

1 cup, chopped

Chicken broth

¼ cup

Uncooked angel hair pasta

8 ounces

Crushed red pepper flakes

½ tsp

Honey

1 tsp

Fresh cilantro

2 tsp, minced

Julienned carrots

1 cup

Chunky peanut butter

2 tsp

Fresh Ginger root

1 tsp, minced

Preparation Steps for
Thai Shrimp and Noodles Recipe

Take shrimp and salad dressing in a in a large re-sealable plastic bag and mix well so that the dressing coats the shrimps. Seal the bag and keep it in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cook pasta according to directions written on pack of pasta.

Take the chicken broth, cilantro, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, ginger and pepper flakes in a small bowl and set aside.

Heat the vegetable and sesame oil in a large skillet and sauté the carrots and onions for 2-3 minutes or until they are crisp-tender.

Drain the shrimp and discard the marinade.

Add shrimp to vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes, stir occasionally.

Drain pasta and take it in a large bowl.

Now add the shrimp mixture and peanut butter to this mixture and toss to coat.
