Spicy chicken soup recipe is a Punjabi chicken recipe and widely liked in all around the country. Spicy chicken soup is prepared with chicken pieces, garlic and bell pepper with a good flavor of egg white. See the preparation steps of Punjabi spicy chicken soup.
Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Soup Recipe
  1. Chicken pieces - 100 grams
  2. Egg white - 1 nos, whisked
  3. Onion - 1 nos, finely chopped
  4. Water - 1 liter
  5. White Vinegar - 1 tsp
  6. Carrot - ¼ cup, cut into pieces
  7. Green bell pepper - 1 nos, finely sliced
  8. Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  9. Corn flour - 2 tsp
  10. Green chilli - 2 nos, finely chopped
  11. Sugar - ½ tsp
  12. Coriander leaves - ¼ cup, for garnish
  13. Pepper - to taste
  14. Salt - to taste

Preparation Steps for Spicy Chicken Soup Recipe
  1. Take all the above ingredients (except for cornflour) in a large pan and cook covered on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Make sure that the chicken pieces are cooked.
  2. When the chicken pieces are cooked, take them out from the heat and de=bone them; then put the boneless chicken back again to the pot.
  3. Take out ½ cup of above prepared chicken stock and mix the cornflour into this stock. Mix well and add back to the pot of stock.
  4. Then cook again on high flame for 2 more minutes. Make sure you keep stirring continuously
  5. Your spicy chicken soup is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot in bowls with green cillies (cut) in vinegar, chutney and soya sauce.
