Jorda is a traditional Bengali sweet, mostly served on important occasions such as weddings or different parties. There are varieties of jordas, and it can be topped with different things such as tiny sweets(mishti), pineapple, etc. The dish is not at all hard to make and tastes brilliant when cooked right. Some people like to add mishti doi or cream to the sweet to give it more taste.
