Mango Yogurt Lassi is one of the most refreshing summer drink recipe. It is a perfect cooler recipe in a hot day. Even kids will like this mango yogurt lassi too much. Mango has many healthy benefits including decreasing the cholesterol, full of vitamin E, improves concentration and memory power, high in iron etc. Yogurt also has many health benefits including improves digestive system, reduces risk of high blood pressure etc. This Mango lassi will not only refresh you but make you healthy.
Ingredients for Mango Yogurt Lassi
  1. Yogurt - 3 glasses
  2. Ice - 1 glass, crushed
  3. Ripe Mango Pulp - 1 glass
  4. Sugar - to taste
  5. Almond - 1 tsp for each glass, slivered into pieces
  6. Coconut powder - 1 tsp for each glass
  7. Munakka (Sultana) - 1 tsp for each glass

Preparation Steps for Mango Yogurt Lassi
  1. Take the mango pulp, yogurt, crushed ice and sugar in a blender and blend well till all ingredients are smooth.
  2. Pour the prepared mixture into glasses equally.
  3. Top the each glass of mango lassi with 1 tsp coconut powder, 1 tsp slivered almonds and 1 tsp of munakka.
  4. Your yummy mango yogurt lassi is ready to serve.
