Today I am presenting very delicious way of preparing “Grilled chicken”. Before you grilled the chicken you need to decide which part you want to grilled. There are many parts of chicken that you can grill like: chicken leg, chicken breast, chicken wings. Each and every part is taking different time according their softness. Here we are going to grilled chicken breasts. Chicken breasts will take more time than leg chicken because bone will absorbs heat fast. You have two options if you want than you can select skinless chicken and cook or else you can also remove skin after cooking. Trim the chicken breasts one by one to remove fat. Before grilling the chicken breasts you have to marinate it. For marination you can use curd, pepper powder, salt, butter, chili powder, garlic paste and lime juice. Cook your chicken breast on medium high and cook each side 10 to 15 minutes. Additionally you can serve with Salsa also.
Ingredients for Grill Chicken Recipe
  1. Extra virgin olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  2. Chopped fresh basil - 3 Tbsp
  3. Chopped fresh marjoram - 1 tsp
  4. Olive oil cooking spray - According to individual
  5. Salt - 2 Tbsp
  6. Red bell pepper, halved lengthwise, stemmed and seeded - 1 cup
  7. Small Eggplant - 1/2
  8. Medium zucchini (halved length wise) - 1 cup
  9. Plum Tomatoes (halved lengthwise) - 2 cup
  10. Red onion (cut into 1/2 inch thick rounds) - 1 cup
  11. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (trimmed and tenders removed) - 4 piece
  12. Freshly ground pepper - 1 tsp
  13. Vinegar - 1 tsp

Preparation Steps for Grill Chicken Recipe
  1. Preheat your grill to medium high.
  2. Take small bowl and add oil, basil, marjoram and salt. Take 1 tsp of this mixture in other bowl; and keep aside.
  3. Take a cooking spray and spread to both sides of bell pepper, eggplant, zucchini, tomato and onion pieces. Grill all these vegetables, until they become soft and develop spots. Turn their sides in between while cooking. For pepper after 6 minutes, for eggplant and zucchini after 4 minutes and for tomato and onion after 2 minutes. You have to change the side according to their crispy level.
  4. Sprinkle herb and pepper mixture on both sides of chicken piece. Now grill the chicken till it cooked properly from all side and should not be pink in the middle portion, cook at least five minutes per side.
  5. By the time, place the grilled vegetables on cutting board and cut it in to one inch.
  6. Now add vinegar and toss it and add the residual herb mixture. Your delicious Grill chicken is ready to serve.
 
Additional Tips:
  1. Grease your grill: If you will grease your grill by oil or butter, then your chicken skin will not stick to grill.
  2. Be patient: Do not turn your chicken pieces frequently. Let them cook properly from centre also. You can check it out by inserting fork into your chicken.
