Mexican cinnamon

1 tsp, ground

Mexican chocolate

1/2c, coarsely chopped

Canela

Sugar

8 small scoops, dulce de leche flavor

Preparation Steps for
Cinnamon Grilled Banana Mexican Chocolate Recipe

Cut the unpeeled bananas lengthwise and then crosswise to make four equal pieces of each banana. Keep these unpeeled banana slices aside.

Now, take the cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix sugar to it to make a fine mixture. Sprinkle it on the banana slices, on cut side leave these banana slices for about 5 minutes.

Put the banana on the cooking grate; keep the cut side down. Grill these banana slices for about 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, Turn the sides of banana slices with the help of tongs and grill them again for 5 more minutes or until the skin of banana slices pulls away from them.

Now, take the banana slices out of the cooking grate and place them in the service plate. Remove the skin from banana slices if it doesn’t remove automatically while grilling.

Now, put the ice cream on the top of each banana slice and spread the crumble chocolate on ice cream.

Your cinnamon grilled banana with Mexican chocolate is ready, serve immediately.
