Chinese Fried Rice Recipe is a Chinese recipe which is very popular in India. Chinese fried rice are very tasty, you will fall in love with Chinese fried rice. Here are preparation steps for this yummy Chinese fried rice recipe.
Ingredients for Chinese Fried Rice Recipe
  1. Rice - 2 cups
  2. Beans - 100 gram, Finely Chopped
  3. Carrot - 2 nos, medium sized, Finely Chopped
  4. Oil - 3 tbsp
  5. Spring Onions - 2 nos, Finely Chopped
  6. Cabbage - 100 gms, Finely Chopped
  7. Onion Sliced - 1 nos
  8. Green Chilies - 2 to 3 nos, cut length wise
  9. Garlic - 1 tsp, Finely Chopped
  10. Ginger - 1 tsp, Chopped Finely
  11. coriander leaves - ½ cup
  12. Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  13. Baby pease - 1/2 cup
  14. pepper - to taste
  15. Salt - to taste

Preparation Steps for Chinese Fried Rice Recipe
  1. Wash the rice properly by changing water few times, until the water is clear. Soak the rice in fresh water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Take enough water in a large cooking vessel and get it to boil. Now add the rice to this boiling water. Add salt too. Cook the rice uncovered on low flame, till rice is tender.
  3. Make sure that rice are not overcooked, they should be tender and separate. When rice are cooked, drain the excess of water. Add some cold water and drain again using a large sieve. Keep these rice aside.
  4. Now, take the oil in a heavy kadhai or large frying pan fry all the chopped vegetables and baby peas for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring while frying. Make sure that the vegetables should not be overcooked. They should remain crispy.
  5. Mix salt and pepper to taste. Be aware that you also had added salt to the rice while cooking. So make sure that salt should be added only as required.
  6. Now, add the cooked and cool rice to this frying pan and mix properly. Also mix the soya sauce at this stage and mix properly.
  7. Let the Chinese fried rice cook for 2-3, take out of the flame when done and your Chinese fried rice are ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
