Take the butter and cheese in container of a food processor and a add flour, red chilli powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and blend thoroughly.

If a food processor is not available, then put the flour, salt and Red chilli powder in a bowl add cheese, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend these thoroughly with the help of two knives or a pastry blender

Wrap the above prepared dough in a waxed paper or a plastic sheet and let it chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

After one hour, take the chilled dough out of refrigerator and Sprinkle the flour on a flat surface and roll the dough on this flat surface to about 1 mm thickness.

Cut into strips, and gently twist to make it look like straws. Arrange the strips on 1 or 2 ungreased baking sheets.

Now preheat the oven to 300° and bake the straws in preheated 300° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the straws are crisp and lightly browned.

When done, take the cheese straws out of oven and let them cool.

Your crispy cheese straws are ready, serve with your favorite sauce. It makes about 5 to 6 dozens of cheese straws.
