Cheese Omelet a very famous Chinese recipe and widely used in all parts of the world. Below are the preparation steps for this famous Chinese cheese omelet recipe.
Ingredients for Cheese Omelet Recipe
  1. Parmesan Cheese - 1/3 cup, grated
  2. Fresh Mint - 1 tsp, finely chopped
  3. Parsley - 1 tsp, finely chopped
  4. Black pepper - to taste
  5. Eggs - 4 nos
  6. Milk - ¼ cup
  7. Scallions - ¼ cup, finely chopped
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Butter - 2 tsp

Preparation Steps for Cheese Omelet Recipe
  1. Take the eggs in a bowl and beat them with salt and pepper properly.
  2. Now add parsley, scallions, milk, mint and cheese to beaten eggs and beat again to mix all them well.
  3. Put the heavy frying pan over medium flame and melt the butter into it.
  4. When the butter is melted, put the egg mixture into frying pan and spread it throughout the pan evenly
  5. Cover the pan with a plate and reduce the flame to low. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  6. When edges of omelet begin to get firm run a spatula around the edges so that it should not sticking to the pan.
  7. Check the omelet at the center of it; Flip the omelet in pan with the help of a plate. Make sure that it should be broken into pieces.
  8. Cook it for few more minutes to get the other side too lightly browned.
  9. When lightly brown at both sides, take it out to s serving plate, cut into pieces and serve hot immediately.
