8 ounces(225 gram)

Low fat cheddar cheese

2 cups, shredded

egg whites
-
2 nos
-
Skimmed milk
-
½ cup
-
green onion
-
1 nos, chopped.

Butter flavored cooking spray

as needed

Bread crumbs

¼ cup, dry

pepper
-
½ tsp

salt

¾ tsp or to taste

Paprika

Preparation Steps for
Cheese Macaroni Recipe

Mix the cottage cheese and sour cream and blend it well in an electric blender till smooth

In this prepared cottage cheese mixture, add the macaroni, Low fat cheddar cheese, Skimmed milk, green onion, salt, pepper and egg whites;

Take a 2-quart casserole and coat it with cooking spray. Put the above mixture into this casserole

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and paprika and then coat with cooking spray.

Cover it and bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius) for about 30-35 minutes.

After 35 minutes of covered baking, uncover it and then bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.

Cheese Macaroni is ready, garnish with fresh oregano sprigs and serve.
