Cheese Cake is a very popular Indian sweet dish recipe. This is a Punjabi sweet dish which is famous for its taste all around the world.
Ingredients for Cheese Cake Recipe
  1. Graham Crackers - 15, crushed
  2. Milk - 3/4 cup
  3. White Sugar - 1-1/2 cups
  4. Butter - 2 tbsp, melted
  5. Eggs - 4 nos
  6. Cream Cheese - 200 gram
  7. Sour Cream - 1 cup
  8. Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp
  9. All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/4 cup

Preparation Steps for Cheese Cake Recipe
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius) and grease a spring form pan.
  2. Take the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl and mix it till smooth.
  3. Now add milk to it and mix well.
  4. Now mix the eggs (one at a time) to it properly
  5. Once mixed, add the vanilla, sour cream and flour to it, mix it well till smooth. Set this mixture aside.
  6. Now, take the graham cracker crumbs in a separate bowl and add the melted butter to it. Mix it well and press this mixture onto the bottom of a microwave safe pan.
  7. Now pour the prepared filling mixture onto the crust (graham cracker crumbs with butter) and bake it in the preheated oven for about 1 hour.
  8. After about 1 hour, turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven for about 6 hours.
  9. Take the cake out of oven once cool and place it in refrigerator till serve.
