सबसे पहले चने की दाल को पानी में ६ घंटे तक भिगोये रखिये बाद में उसे मिक्सचर में क्रश कर दीजिये, उसमे onion ,cabbage ,नमक ,तज का पावडर अदरक लहसुन की पेस्ट सब ड़ालकर एक मिश्रण तैयार कीजिये और एक पेन में तेल गरम कीजिये और पकोड़े बनाकर डीप फ्राय कीजिये.
