Borhani is a traditional Bangladeshi drink. It is my family's favorite party drink. It is one of the most easy and tasty drink to make. One can whip this drink up on a very short notice. No occasion or ceremony will be arranged without Borhani, let it be a family gathering, a wedding, an official party, anything. Borhani is said to be a pure Bangladeshi drink, that is it does not originate from any other country. This drink is basically a spicy lassi. It is served alongside the main course. It compliments the flavor of Biriyani and Murgir (chicken) roast. The drink will also please your palate if you just take it as a refreshing cold drink. Borhani is a Bengali favorite for decades. It is a splendid and delicious classic drink.
