Boondi raita is very famous dish in north India. it is very testy.....
Ingredients for Boondi raita
  1. curd (yogart) - 250 gm.
  2. Boondi - 100 gm.
  3. Cumin powder - 1 tsp.
  4. Red chilli powder - According to taste
  5. salt - according to taste

Preparation Steps for Boondi raita
  1. You can use the readymade variety available in the shops or make your own by mixing gram flour, salt and chili powder with a little water and passing the mixture through a special sieve directly into hot oil and frying till golden brown.
  2. Add salt to the curd and beat well.
  3. Stir in the boondi and mix well and keep in the refrigerator.
  4. Sprinkle with cumin powder and serve cold.
