The name Sizzler came out from the word ‘sizzling’. It is 'a hissing sound' made by hot food on the grill while being prepared. This is actually very attractive to both eyes and ears. This is indeed what we are giving you in this category. The real name came out of the famous fast food selling chain 'Sizzler' in USA (1958). In early 70's and 80's sizzlers were made of steak. A sizzler is served on heavy metal plate with lots of veggies, chicken, seafood, paneer etc, mostly served with rice or noodles. The sizzler metal plate is heated at high temperature separately. Then the cooked food is put on it and hot oil or wine is poured which makes sizzling sound.
There's nothing good when you make your diners sit up and take a notice at the great aroma and sound of the sizzling food.
