Pudding in US and Canada refers to a sweet milk based dessert same in consistency to egg based custards or instant custards and mousses. The term Pudding is derived from Latin word Botellus means Small sausages. It consists of milk, egg, cornmeal, molasses, spices, butter and nuts/fruits. Pudding is originally baked, steamed and boiled depending on ingredients.

Everyone loves Cakes. Normally it is combination of flour, eggs, sugar and butter/oil. For flavors nuts, fruits, purees, extracts are used. It is the first choice for every festival or occasion. The word 'cake' is derived in Viking from 'kaka'. Finishing of the cake is done by icing, frosting and toppings. Special tools are required to make complex cakes. Basic decoration are open star, closed star, round, drop flower, leaf and multi-petal.
